材料

  • 1medium onion, sliced
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1Red Chili
  • 1 cupcauliflower
  • 1/2 cuplong beans
  • 1 cupcabbage
  • 2carrots
  • 1brinjal/egg plant
  • 150 mlCoconut milk
  • 100 mlchicken stock
  • 100 gPrawns, peeled
Spices
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tsptumeric powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspcurry powder, optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

做法

    In a pot, fry the onions and garlic until fragrant.

    Add the spices.
  3. 03
    Add all the vegetables and stir through.
  4. 04
    Add the prawns and then the stock.
  5. 05
    Simmer until vegetables are all cooked, about 10 minutes.

    Add the coconut milk and once boil, remove from heat.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.
