Piping gels are so beautiful! I remember loving to use them when I first started baking. It is almost transparent and so flexible. And, the best part: it tastes wonderful.

Really simple to make with simple ingredients.

  • 1/4 cupcorn starch
  • 1/4 cuproom temperature water
  • 1/2 cuplight syrup
  • Any flavourings or colour

    Mix water and cornstarch, and then add the syrup.
  2. 02
    Cook over the stove until it becomes a gel.
  3. 03
    It can be used immediately or stored in the refrigerator for up to three weeks.
