材料

  • Half a cabbage
  • Handful of golden needle mushroom
  • 6dried shitake mushroom, soaked
  • Handful of sweet toukee
  • Handful of Toukee
  • 1medium carrot, sliced thinly
  • Handful of winter black mushroom, soaked
  • Bunch of black moss, hair mushroom
  • Handful of prawns
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tspchicken bullion powder
Stock
  • As many prawn heads and their shells as possible
  • Garlic
  • Water

做法

  1. Make stock
  2. 01
    Fry the garlic in oil till brown.
  3. 02
    Add the water or stock.
  4. 03
    Boil for 15 minutes.
  5. Cook veggies
  6. 04
    Put some oil and fry some minced garlic.
  7. 05
    Add in all the veggies and cook until soft. Add the prawn stock as and when needed.
  8. 06
    Season to taste.
