- 80 mlWater
- 40 gButter
- Pinchof Salt
- 50 gPlain Flour
- 11/2Eggs
Filing
- 100 mlWhipping / Double Cream
- 80 gFine Sugar
- 1/2 tspvanilla pods
Topping
- 2 tspbutter
- 50 gcooking chocolate chips
- 2 Tbspmilk
- Pinchof salt
Cara
- 01Boil water, salt and butter in medium heat in a sauce pan.
- 02Add all of the flour and stir until a ball is formed.
- 03Let it cool for 5 minutes.
- 04Stir in the 1/2 eggs, until it is of a dropping consistency.
- 05Scoop a teaspoon of batter on the pan to make one bun. This recipe should make 25.
- 06Bake at 200C for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- 07When done, switch off the oven, take out the buns and pierce holes in them.
- 08Return to the oven and leave them with the oven door ajar.
- 09They dry out in 10-15 minutes.
- Filing
- 10Beat the cream, vanilla pod and sugar until stiff.
- 11Slit open the puffs and pipe in the cream.
- 12Drizzle chocolate sauce.
