My fourth son loves pandan bread, and you cannot purchase it outside Singapore. So he asked me if I would make some. Well, here it is.

Dough Ingredients
- 1recipe from tangzhong bread
Modification to th tangzhong bread
- Replace the milk with coconut milk + pandan juice
- Add 1/2 teaspoon salt
- * Pandan juice is extracted from 10 pandan leaves
- A few drops of pandan essence
Cara
- 01To extract the juice from pandan leaves, cut them into 1 inch long pieces, blend them with 6 Tbsp of water and sieve.
- 02Follow the tangzhong bread recipe.
- Buns
- 03Add a tablespoon of kaya (coconut jam) or shaved coconut filings as filings.
- Loaf
- 04Shape and bake, allows loaves to proof an additional 15 minutes.
