Piping Gel

Piping gels are so beautiful! I remember loving to use them when I first started baking. It is almost transparent and so flexible. And, the best part: it tastes wonderful.
Really simple to make with simple ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cupcorn starch
- 1/4 cuproom temperature water
- 1/2 cuplight syrup
- Any flavourings or colour
Method
- 01Mix water and cornstarch, and then add the syrup.
- 02Cook over the stove until it becomes a gel.
- 03It can be used immediately or stored in the refrigerator for up to three weeks.
