Char Shao Mian (叉烧面)

With half a kg each of pork filet and plain flour, I can easily make a meal for 6 people. That’s less than $2 per person. It also takes less than an hour. First, make the char siu (叉烧), when the char siu is cooking, make the noodles. Then cook the noodles, make a sauce, and combine!

Ingredients
- 1portion of Black Char Siu
- 1portion of ramen noodles
Sauce
- 2 TbspBlack Soya Sauce
- 2 tspSoya Sauce
- 2 tspblack vinegar
- 1cube bullion
- 1/2 cuphot water
- 2 tspsesame oil
Topping (all optional)
- Scallions
- Chopped chillies
- Lau gan ma
- Fried onions
- Wontons
Method
- 01Make the noodles, then the char siu.
- 02Mix all the ingredients for the sauce, and divide them into 6 bowls.
- 03Divide the noodles into six portions and put them into the bowls with the sauce. Stir through.
- 04Top the noodles with the chosen of toppings.
