This is so simple and so delicious. It is also healthy. I made this dish to go with any curry, tandoori chicken, chicken tikka… basically most things Indian. So easy to make, you need just five minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber finely chopped
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- A handful of mint
