Ingredients
- Minced garlic
- Julienned ginger
- chopped chili pepper
- Chicken broth
- Corn starch
- Soy sauce
- Oyster Sauce
- Cooking wine
Instructions
- Remove skin from the loofah, leave some skin on for texture
- Heat your wok and coat with spray oil
- Add garlic, ginger, and pepper, stir-fry until fragrant
- Add chopped loofah, stir for 2 mins
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cooking wine, mix everything well.
- Add chicken broth, cook with the lid on for 2 mins
- Add corn starch water mixture, cook, until sauce thicken
