Ingredients
  

~20 wings

  • Potato starch
  • Oil for frying

SAUCE

  • 1 TBSP red pepper seed oil
  • 2 TBSP honey
  • 1 TBSP sugar
  • 1 TBSP ketchup
  • 1 TBSP red pepper paste
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 TBSP cooking wine
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

OPTIONAL

  • Sesame seeds, chopped peanuts

Instructions
 

  • Salt and pepper the wings to taste and cover thoroughly with potato starch
  • Heat the cooking oil to 370F and fry the wings ~6-8 minutes until done
  • Heat the wok until searing hot and pour in all the sauce ingredients and cook for 1 min before tossing the wings
  • Optionally garnish with chopped peanuts or sesame seeds. (Probably not both but you do you)
