Ingredients
~20 wings
- Potato starch
- Oil for frying
SAUCE
- 1 TBSP red pepper seed oil
- 2 TBSP honey
- 1 TBSP sugar
- 1 TBSP ketchup
- 1 TBSP red pepper paste
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 TBSP cooking wine
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
OPTIONAL
- Sesame seeds, chopped peanuts
Instructions
- Salt and pepper the wings to taste and cover thoroughly with potato starch
- Heat the cooking oil to 370F and fry the wings ~6-8 minutes until done
- Heat the wok until searing hot and pour in all the sauce ingredients and cook for 1 min before tossing the wings
- Optionally garnish with chopped peanuts or sesame seeds. (Probably not both but you do you)
