Ingredients
- Instant noodles/ramen
- 5 garlic cloves(minced)
- 2 tbsp butter
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- Seaweed flakes
- Green onion
- Dill weed
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
Instructions
- Heat up wok, turn to low heat and add butter
- Add garlic
- Cook instant noodle in boiling water for about 2 mins
- Transfer noodle to the wok (include water if it's dry)
- Add sauce mix and parmesan cheese
- Stir and mix everything well
- Transfer to a bowl, garnish with seaweed, green onion and dill weed
